1 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Invexo ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website at invexo.raptorz.world and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Invexo.
2 Eligibility
To use Invexo, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where crypto investments are prohibited
- You must provide accurate and truthful registration information
- You must not have been previously banned from our Platform
3 Investment Plan
Invexo offers a single investment plan with the following terms:
- Investment amount: $55 USDT (TRC20)
- Profit rate: 10% every 3 days on active investment
- Profits are split: 80% to E-Wallet, 20% to S-Wallet
- Profits are distributed automatically via our system
- Each user may hold one active investment plan at a time
💡 Profit distribution is automated and runs every 3 days. Invexo reserves the right to modify profit rates with prior notice to users.
4 Payments
All payments on Invexo are processed via USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency only.
- You must send exactly $55 USDT via TRC20 network to the provided wallet address
- After sending, you must submit your Transaction ID (TXID) for verification
- Payments are manually verified by our admin team within 24 hours
- Each TXID can only be used once — duplicate submissions are automatically rejected
- Sending incorrect amounts or using wrong networks (e.g., ERC20 instead of TRC20) will result in permanent loss — Invexo is not responsible for such errors
- Submitting fake or fraudulent TXIDs will result in immediate account suspension
5 Withdrawals
Users may request withdrawals subject to the following conditions:
- E-Wallet minimum withdrawal: $12
- S-Wallet minimum withdrawal: $8
- All withdrawals are processed manually by admin within 24–48 hours
- You must provide a valid USDT TRC20 wallet address
- Invexo is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses provided by users
- Withdrawals may be rejected if suspicious activity is detected
- Rejected withdrawals are refunded to your wallet balance
6 Referral Program
Invexo offers a referral commission system with the following terms:
- Each user receives a unique referral link upon registration
- Commission of 10% ($5.50) is earned when a referred user activates a plan
- Commission is split: 80% to E-Wallet, 20% to S-Wallet
- Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination
- Creating fake accounts to earn referral commissions is fraud and will lead to permanent ban
- Invexo reserves the right to reverse commissions earned through fraudulent means
7 Risk Disclosure

By using Invexo, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:
- Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable

- Technical issues, including server downtime, may temporarily affect profit distribution
- Past performance is not indicative of future results
- Invexo does not guarantee profits beyond what is stated in the current plan
8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on our Platform:
- Creating multiple accounts with the same identity
- Submitting fake or duplicate transaction IDs
- Attempting to hack, exploit, or manipulate our systems
- Using automated bots or scripts on the Platform
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activities
- Providing false identity information during registration
- Harassing or threatening other users or staff
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose
9 Account Termination
Invexo reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Terms of service are violated
- False information was provided during registration
- Chargebacks or payment disputes are initiated
- Account security is compromised
Upon termination for violation of these Terms, pending balances may be forfeited.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Invexo and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, or investment capital
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or system interruptions
- Actions taken based on information provided on this Platform
- Losses resulting from cryptocurrency market volatility
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have invested in the Platform in the last 30 days.
11 Changes to Terms
Invexo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We will notify registered users of significant changes via email where possible.
